The goals and objectives of LINK Bahamas include:

1. Promote dialogue on the opportunities and challenges with leveraging the skills, talents and networks of Bahamians living abroad and encourage some individuals to consider a return home

2. Develop an on-line community of Bahamians around the world which facilitates the exchange of information, ideas, career opportunities and other resources

3. Create and maintain a database/register of Bahamians living abroad

4. Act as a vehicle to channel input from Bahamians around the world on issues of national importance

5. Promote and support the successes of Bahamians abroad and others who choose to return home to make meaningful contributions
